Our compensation package have our select few of Affiliates JUMPING for JOY.  We provide our Affiliates with GREAT rewards for every client they refer who book any of the available advisors services.  After examining the Pay Scale Document you may be curious to know about the 3 different Tiers, & the 7 Levels that complement each Tier.  Also note that you rise up a level for every 10 paid clients that you refer.

• Tier Wa - LEVEL WA (Your first 10 referrals): Wa means 1.  Think of Drakes song “started from the bottom”, everyone begins here.  15% commission of your referrals paid session

  • Tier Senu - REAP-EAT – BONUS: (a client referred; who books a 2nd session with one of my available advisors) a 7.5% percent commission is received. 

  • Tier Shomut - 3rd CHARM – BONUS: (a client referred; who purchases a 3rd session with one of my available advisors) an additional 3.75% percent commission is received. ​

For every 10 repeat customers; the REAP-EAT Level rises increasing this BONUS.​

For every TEN 3rd time around customers; the 3rd CHARM Level rises increasing this BONUS.                                     

• Tier Wa - LEVEL SENU (Your 2nd set of 10 referrals): Senu means 2.  This level is attained once you have reached your 11th paid referral.  Moving up in the ladder, you now receive a 20% commission of your referrals paid session

  • Tier Senu - REAP-EAT–BONUS = 10% commission

  • Tier Shomut - 3rd CHARM–BONUS = 5% commission

• Tier Wa - LEVEL SHOMUT (Your 3rd set of 10 referrals): Shomut means 3.  This level is reached once you have obtained your 21st paid referral.  Moving up in the ladder, you now receive a 25% commission of your referrals paid session

  • Tier Senu - REAP-EAT–BONUS = 12.5% commission

  • Tier Shomut - 3rd CHARM–BONUS = 6.25% commission

 

• Tier Wa - LEVEL FEDU (Your 4th set of 10 referrals): Fedu means 4.  This level is attained once you have reached your 31st paid referral.  Moving up in the ladder, you now receive a 30% commission of your referrals paid session

  • Tier Senu - REAP-EAT–BONUS = 15% commission

  • Tier Shomut - 3rd CHARM–BONUS =7.5% commission

• Tier Wa - LEVEL DIU (Your 5th set of 10 referrals): Diu means 5.  This level is reached once you have obtained your 41st paid referral.  Moving up in the ladder, you now receive a whopping 40% commission of your referrals paid session.  You are almost at the TOP at this stage. Notice also that you receive a 10% jump in commission instead of the usual 5% increase; your efforts of referring people are being rewarded quite well here.

  • Tier Senu - REAP-EAT–BONUS = 20% commission

  • Tier Shomut - 3rd CHARM–BONUS = 10% commission

• Tier Wa - LEVEL SESU (Your 6th set of 10 referrals): Sesu means 6.  This level is attained once you have reached your 51st paid referral.  Moving up in the ladder, you now receive a 45% commission of your referrals paid session

  • Tier Senu - REAP-EAT–BONUS = 22.5% commission

  • Tier Shomut - 3rd CHARM–BONUS = 11.25% commission

• Tier Wa - LEVEL SEFEKU (61+ paid referrals): Sefeku means 7.  The top and final level is obtained once you have reached your 61st paid referral.  Moving up the ladder for the very best time, you now receive a MAGNIFICANT 50% commission of your referrals paid session

  • Tier Senu - REAP-EAT–BONUS = 25% commission

  • Tier Shomut - 3rd CHARM–BONUS = 12.5% commission
